DEB MONTGOMERY
ACRYLICS, PASTELS, WATERCOLOR, ALCOHOL INKS, MIXED MEDIA.
A few years ago, personal struggles caused me to explore methods of shifting my perspective. I discovered creativity was a great outlet for dealing with everything I was feeling inside. I also found that by being open to what my creativity wanted to say, I was actually listening to my inner voice and expressing what it needed. And most often what it needed was for me to simply become present. While I am exploring that experience within myself, I am beginning to share it with others and show them that they too can find and hold their own light.
ERIN BUTLER

Erin is a wife and mother of two. She recently moved to Sterling after spending 12 years as an Air Force Firefighter.
Erin is known to her friends and family as a busy body and her passions reflect this attribute. She is always on the move trying new skills and techniques ranging from painting and crafting to woodworking and cake decorating. When not crafting, Erin enjoys physical fitness and personal training. Erin has been a Crossfit coach for six years and loves to push herself and others to be healthier and stronger.
ASHLEY HILTON
CERAMICS
Currently, my inspiration for continuing making art and playing with clay is my love for the art form. I have continually admired artists and their ability to create beautiful pieces out of nothing, and I always had so many ideas in my head, but my skill set never matched my ambition. Clay, and wheel throwing specifically, has been a way for me to express my ideas and transfer them into something tangible. I am drawn to circles and swirls, forms and designs that flow. and could continue endlessly. Fiction, fantasy, and mental health are also very inspiring to me and I hope to start incorporating that into by work soon. I am still learning and trying to find my niche, but that is the beauty of art - it is forever changing and evolving.
JANE DeSANTI
PAPER ARTIST, DESIGNER
I have always loved paper in many forms. It was natural when looking for a hobby that involved paper. I have been giving cards I create as presents to family and friends. A set of cards is a lovely present and it encourages people to connect with others. I have participated in many card drives for the armed forces. My favorite organizations send cards overseas to soldiers in remote locations and make them available for the soldiers to send back to their loved ones. Sometimes those cards are the last communication and that really drove the spark to make each card unique.
